Very fast install over a 2 day period of 9 window sites on house including several large windows with frames. Window is top of the line to improve heat conservation in winter & cool air flow in summer which should save some money off our electric bills which are highest in the country. Got quite a selection done including bay window, 3 BR, LR, kitchen, garage, storage room. Easy to clean & open. Very important to weatherize. 2 workers on day 1, 1 on day 2. Good rate of speed, Sergei did an excellent job. These things are large & not easy to lift. Good work ethic. Something badly needed in today’s current era.

Serge was wonderful installing windows! I was nervous because my house is 200 years old, but he showed a genuine love of his job and a love of antique houses that I really very much appreciated. We replaced some windows that had been installed in the mid 1900's and weren't as good as the antique windows. The new Anderson windows look amazing, and were so expertly installed you'd think they were always there. Anderson gave us an arrival time of 8-10 am and Serge arrived at 7:45! Absolutely amazing. I was also having work done on another room in my house (not one he had to go into) and he was very flexible and understanding with working around them. I can not say enough good things about Sergey.

"Sergey Shutoff, the installer on our project today was perfect in every aspect of the installation. Our windows look beautiful and my husband and I can't stop looking at them. He also went above and beyond and filled in nail holes and sanded the trim around the new windows. He communicated to us a desire to do a wonderful job for us. His work is meticulous and he even washed our floor when he finished and cleaned up better than a housekeeper could do both inside and out.
We also had a split unit near one of the 6 windows that he asked him to be careful not to damage.. He took extra care not to leave even a mark on the inside and outside split unit. My husband and I also felt very comfortable with him working in our house.

Anderson had originally had installed replacements a few weeks ago and a few had to be reinstalled and properly leveled and sealed. They sent Sergey Shutov, who I felt was a real master craftsman and paid attention to detail and reinstalled and preformed other procedures to the originally installation that not only made them more attractive but more weather tight.
